This is a studio measuring 29 m2, ideal for 2 adults and one child. It is a cosy and comfortable room, with a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. An extra children's bed can be added in the bedroom. There is a 2-seater sofa. This is a particularly comfortable and pleasant studio with a private terrace and garden furniture offering views over the swimming pool and the surrounding fields and woodlands. The bathroom is spacious, with a shower tray.

All the apartments have heating with individual thermostat, air conditioning, TV, hair dryer, ceramic hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, juice squeezer and a fully equipped kitchen (saucepans, frying pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, napkins…). Bed linen and bathroom towels are included.

The apartments have a private terrace with garden furniture.Basic cleaning accessories are included (dishwasher powder, washing-up liquid). Toilet paper, bin liners, tablecloths and napkins are likewise included. You will find shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom.

For bookings of 7 nights we offer cleaning of the apartment free of charge, including change of towels, tablecloths, napkins and basic cleaning accessories (dishwasher powder, bin liners, toilet paper…).

The apartments can be occupied from 4 p.m. on the date of arrival, and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the date of departure.

300 metres from the apartment is a restaurant serving home cooking with a family welcome, good value for money and produce from right on the doorstep. In the communal area outside the apartment there are 2 barbecues available for use.
